1. Agreement to Terms

2. Scope of Services

feelgood provides telehealth services, medical evaluations, prescriptions and fulfillment of compounded medications via our network of licensed providers and partner pharmacies. Specifically, our doctor network is provided by Ola Digital Health, and our pharmacy fulfillment includes services from a U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacy.

You acknowledge that:
- Our Services are not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
- Use of our Services includes completion of intake, telehealth consultations, and possible prescription of compounded medications when medically appropriate.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and will provide true, accurate, current and complete information when registering and update your account information promptly.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to telemedicine, pharmacy, compounding, state board of pharmacy, prescription laws). You agree not to: provide false or misleading information; impersonate any person; misrepresent your affiliation; or violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Medical & Pharmacy Services Disclaimer

The provision of medical services via the Website is subject to the independent judgment of our licensed healthcare providers in our network (via Ola Digital Health). Any prescription medications—including compounded medications via our 503A pharmacy partner—are issued only after a provider-patient relationship is established and the provider determines that it is medically appropriate.

feelgood and its partners do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from the use of Services or medications. All services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, subject to applicable law.

6. Payment, Subscriptions & Billing

You agree to pay all fees for Services at the rates published at the time of purchase or subscription. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled according to our cancellation policy. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for such fees. If we do not receive payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Your rights to cancel or obtain refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, layout, trademarks and other intellectual property on the Website and in the Services are owned or licensed by feelgood or our partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works except as expressly authorized.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Your personal, health and payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Services, you consent to collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither feelgood, Ola Digital Health, our pharmacy partners, nor any of our directors, officers, employees or affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless feelgood, Ola Digital Health, our pharmacy partners and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Any dispute between you and us shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
